By registering with tcba jr., the registrant agrees (known hereafter as "I") to the following terms and condictions:
- As a Toronto Chinese Business Association Junior Chapter (known hereafter as "tcba jr.") member, I am entitled to attend tcba jr. sponsored events and programs at member rates for the duration of the membership period as specified on the membership card;
- My tcba jr. membership card is to be used solely for identification purposes;
- My tcba jr. membership and tcba jr. membership card are non-transferable, non-refundable, and is the sole property of tcba jr. and must be surrendered to tcba jr. upon request;
- Damages/liabilities incurred by myself from attendance and/or participation at tcba jr. events/programs are my sole responsibility and tcba jr. will not be held responsible for any such damages/liabilities;
- I agree that all of the information I have provided to tcba jr. is true and correct and I have read and understood the tcba jr. terms and conditions listed on this Membership Application Form and agree to them; and
- I am at least 18 years of age or older.
